About the Role

The Senior iOS Engineer will manage multiple iOS Applications. The position will be focused on building, maintaining, and improving multiple apps within our portfolio. In this role, you will be expected to take ownership by creating, testing, and deploying production-ready code and design. Here at Eightpoint, we are building apps and creating tools & experiences that users want.  As an iOS engineer, you will have autonomy to modify and enhance the apps you build and maintain. 

Where You’ll Make an Impact:

• Close collaboration with our User Acquisition, Design and Business Intelligence teams will occur daily
• As an engineer at Spigot, you will participate in building back-end processes and optimizations, creating & collecting content for the apps & designing and deploying cutting-edge user experiences
• User experience improvement – through in-app optimization and design enhancement.
• Coding: Bringing applications to life using Swift with Swift UI mostly and small parts in UIKit
• A/B Testing: Monitoring performance across multiple variations of a UX/UI to determine the top performer
• Optimization: Iterate to increase KPIs in each point of the conversion funnel
• Competitive Research: Proactively keeping up to date on industry trends

 Who You Are: 

• 5+ years’ development experience, with advanced knowledge of Swift, Swift UI, UI Kit, Combine
• Experience with baseline analytics – able to perform A/B testing and select winning solutions
• Knowledge of LLM Application Development, LLM Orchestration Frameworks, and Prompt Engineering within AI tools is a plus
• Exposure with Flutter, Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform, or Android Development
