Backed by data and driven by a relentless commitment to quality, Eightpoint moves fast, thinks big, and builds digital experiences that people love.About the RoleThe Board Director will participate in regular board meetings and provide strategic guidance on matters including corporate governance, risk management, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and technology strategy.The Director will collaborate with management and fellow board members to ensure the company's operations align with shareholder interests and applicable legal requirements across all operating jurisdictions, including the United States, Cayman Islands, and China.Required QualificationsResidency & CitizenshipPermanent Residence: Must be a permanent resident of the Cayman IslandsCitizenship: Non-dual U.S. citizen (must not hold another citizenship)Professional ExperienceTotal Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experienceAdvanced professional degree or credential required, e.g., MBA, JD, CPA, CFAMultinational Technology: Minimum 5 years of experience with a multinational technology company involving user data management
